Started in the early 2000s by Robert D'Alesandro and Tony Carson, Buy the Best Flip is a local and private capital group that has actively been buying homes in the Greater Cincinnati area for decades. We buy houses of all types, in any condition, all over Cincinnati, Dayton, and Northern Kentucky. Our massive goal over the next 3-5 years to purchase an additional 1500 homes in those areas and add them into our portfolio.
We're looking for ordinary homes, pretty homes, rentals, fixer uppers and more! We're aggressively buying as many homes that meet this criteria! Whether you own one house, two homes, hundreds of homes, or you own entire streets in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky, we want to know about it and give you an offer to purchase your property.

I'm Tony Carson. I'm 52, a single dad, and I grew up in Cincy. I currently live and work in NKY. I've been here 10 years. I love golf, pickleball, and all sports.
My whole career has been mortgage and real estate for 27 years. I've been a part of 10,000 mortgage and real estate transactions in my career. I'm passionate about business, real estate, and investing to help people acquire their dreams.

I am Robert D'Alesandro, the founder and CEO on BND Financial Consultants and have been a business consultant and tax consultant, helping over 10,000 individual and business customers, since 2007.
I graduated with a Masters in Engineering from University of Cincinnati and truly have brought a unique problem-solving process into the business and tax world.
I specialize in analysis of any financial problem, budgeting problems, tax problems, mitigating debt problems, investing into real estate, analyzing the acquisition of a business, etc.
